Card Access System
System description : Access control system known as Electronic access control which uses computers and electronic devices to give access to different building locations (usually implemented by automatic unlocking of doors) through different means of authentication of people based on the credential presented.
System Operation flow : Access control system known as Electronic access control which uses computers and electronic devices to give access to different building locations (usually implemented by automatic unlocking of doors) through different means of authentication of people based on the credential presented.
System application location : high rise residential building, hotels, motels, shopping malls, schools, hospitals and commercial properties with multiple tenants.

CCTV System
System description : Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system also known as Video Surveillance System is a self-contained surveillance system comprising cameras, recorders and displays in which the video camera signals are not publicly distributed but are monitored, primarily for surveillance and security purposes. CCTV relies on strategic placement of cameras, and observation of the camera’s input on monitors somewhere.
System Operation flow : In earlier stage, CCTV systems used analog recorder such as VCR then subsequently, specialized digital video recorders (DVRs) with multiple analog inputs superseded VHS tape machines. In recent years, digital “network cameras” are used that transmit over Ethernet or Wi-Fi and offer greater camera installation flexibility. Analog cameras used a separate cabling of coaxial cables connecting each camera directly to the DVR (Digital VideoRecorder). Where the digital “network cameras” utilizing the common LAN infrastructure of the building.
System application location : bars, banks, casinos, schools, hotels, airports, hospitals, restaurants, military installations, convenience stores and other areas where security is needed.

Car Parking System
System description : Car Parking System refer to a solution that comprising barrier gates, access control system, and automated parking system which are widely used in public or private building. With the implementation of the vehicle detection sensors system, car drivers can easily locate and secure a vacant parking space at any car park deemed convenient to them. Vehicle ingress and egress are also made more convenient with the implementation of hassle free payment mechanism.
System Operation flow : The system utilizes access control/ticket/tokens to allow a vehicle ingress and egress. With the ticket/token being obtained from the entrance ticket/token dispensation machine, the barrier gate will lift and the visitor vehicle can enter to the parking zone. The visitor will pay the parking fees at the parking payment machine or to the employee of the business in a reception/till area when they like to leave the building. By inserting the paid ticket/token to the ticket/token collecting machine, the barrier gate will lift and the visitor vehicle can now exit from the building.
System application location : shopping mall, commercial building and high-rise residential building.

PIDS System
System description : Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) refer to a combination of three kinds of surveillance systems, wherein Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, infrared and radio frequencies are backed by a control room.
System Operation flow : The cable senses fence vibrations caused by climbing, cutting, or lifting the fence fabric, Vibrations cause localized changes in the cable’s impedance, which is digitized and analyzed by the processor. Processors can be connected together over the Silver Network and be managed by the Network Manager software. PIDS can also report zone alarms to an UltraLink module running in Network Manager mode.
System application location : industrial estates, factories, garages and warehouses to military and Government premises, prisons, CNI sites (Critical National Infrastructure), banks, casinos, airports, agricultural premises, residential area, hostile borders, nuclear plants, oil and gas installations and other areas where security is needed.

Electric Fencing System
System description : Electric fencing system refer to a barrier that uses electric shocks to deter animals from crossing a boundary.
System Operation flow : It consists of an electric fence energizer, a fence wire or combination of wires supported on insulators, fixed on posts. These together with the EARTH system, form a pulsed high voltage OPEN LOOP with the animal being the completing link. The effectiveness of the fence is the SHOCK, in both the meanings of the word.
System application location : industrial estates, factories, garages and warehouses to military and Government premises, prisons, CNI sites (Critical National Infrastructure), banks, casinos, airports, agricultural premises, residential area, hostile borders, nuclear plants, oil and gas installations and other areas where security is needed.

Guard Tour System
System description : Guard tour patrol system refer to a system for logging the rounds of employees in a variety of situations such as security guards patrolling property, technicians monitoring climate-controlled environments, and correctional officer checking prisoner living areas.
System description : It helps ensure that the employee makes his or her appointed rounds at the correct intervals and can offer a record for legal or insurance reasons. The system provides a means to record the time when the employee reaches certain points on their tour. Checkpoints or watch stations are commonly placed at the extreme ends of the tour route and at critical points such as vaults, specimen refrigerators, vital equipment, and access points.
System application location : shopping mall, commercial building and high-rise residential building.
