System description : Comprehensive Maintenance refers to preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule which includes breakdown equipment spare parts replacement, engineering and labor charges.
Non-Comprehensive Maintenance refers to preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule which includes engineering and labor charges. The breakdown equipment spare parts replacement will be charged to customer upon customer confirmation.
System Operation flow : A Maintenance check list will be produced and maintenance schedule will be pre-planned based on the Maintenance Contract. Our technical team will carry out the routine maintenance service such as system & equipment operation checking, system software operation checking, equipment physical cleaning as well as software cleaning and finally data backup for customer (if requested).

Retrofit building system checking / troubleshooting / replacement
System description : All the buildings are using some or many “systems” but a lot of them are lack of maintenance service and are facing serious system breakdown risk. We will provide system checking, troubleshooting as well as spare part replacement to help our customer to enjoy the system with peace of mind.
System Operation flow : System checking service will be carried out upon customer call in / write in request. Then our technical team will attend to check the existing systems and provide detail report to customer before start troubleshooting. Troubleshooting and spare part replacement will be carried out upon customer confirmation. Upon completion we will provide updated system details to our customer for future maintenance purpose and we will propose for Periodically Maintenance Service to customer so we can help them to maintain the systems in minimum breakdown risk.

System description : Since the systems are being used in the building 24 hours non-stop and there are risks of breakdown at any time including night time. Therefore the 24 hours Standby Emergency On Call Service will help our customer who signed Maintenance Contract with us to immediately resolve their headache at any time.
System Operation flow : Our standby technical team will attend to project site which facing system breakdown problem upon customer call in. Then they will carry out the troubleshooting service immediately and try to resolve the problem. Spare part replacement will be done for the customer who sign Comprehensive Maintenance Contract otherwise will be carry out upon customer confirmation on the charges.
